We aim to ship orders the same day providing there are no problems with your items at checkout. Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped that day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday-Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped Monday. 

For personalised goods, please allow 5 working days for production, plus your additional delivery time frame.

Once you have placed an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation. (Please add to your email contacts to prevent missing any correspondence). Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a final email notifying that your goods are on the way.

+ How much is delivery?

Shipping costs cover postage, handling and packaging and in most cases same day dispatch.

For any order shipped outside of the UK, you as the customer will be responsible for paying customs duty / excise duty and/ or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Any customs charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. It is therefore the responsibility of the customer, to check any relevant customs charges/ tax or duty, which may be payable in their own country before placing an order. By placing an order you are agreeing to this policy.

+ When will I receive my order?

We aim to get your goods to you as soon as possible, however delays can occur that are out of our control. Please contact us if you have any questions. To qualify for same day dispatch, please ensure your order is placed before 12pm Monday-Friday.

Once your order has been shipped you will recive notification that it is on it's way.


All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail signed for service, which requires a signiture upon delivery.

Standard Shipping (2nd class) 2-3 working days including Saturdays, but is not guranteed.

UK Upgrade Shipping (1st class) the next working day including Saturdays, but is not guaranteed.

If you qualify for free UK shipping, your goods will be sent via 2nd Class signed for. If you require them sooner, please select your shipping to Upgrade Shipping (1st Class) at a rate of £6.


All orders sent outside of the UK are shipped via signed and tracked services.

This service aims to deliver in 3-5* working days, but is not guaranteed.

*Tracking and Signature services to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg have a delivery aim of 3-4 working days, but again is not guaranteed.

We hope that you love your goods, however if you wish to return items, please email us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with our return instructions. 

Please note we can not accept returns on personalised, custom orders, or any goods listed under Care categories.

All refunds are subject to the following terms:
Returned goods must be sent back as sold, unworn and with all packaging and labels attached. Returns must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.

+ How do I send a return?

Please email us within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with our return instructions.

+ Do you cover return costs?

At this moment, we are unable to cover the cost of returns. This cost is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend that you return your goods using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

+ How will I recive my refund?

Once a refund has been processed, you will recive an email notification confriming the refund. Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware this can take up to seven working days depending on your credit card company. For further infromation please contact your bank.
